For small parcels
For all your orders of decoration, lighting and, up to a certain quantity, tableware, you can choose between two parcel shipping methods :
La Poste with various delivery options: Colissimo home delivery, Pick'up relay point (tobacconist, postal outlet, etc.)
DPD with ICI Colis relay points.
Freight carrier shipping
Freight carrier transport is a fast and ideal shipping method for medium-sized furniture.
Thanks to the tracking we will send you by email, you will be able to follow your parcel's location online and even book an appointment directly online from a list of proposed dates.
Freight carrier appointments are confirmed for a full day or a half day.
You will nevertheless always be able to choose your date, as delivery will never take place without an appointment booked beforehand.
Assembly and unloading of the parcel(s) into your room are not included in this service.

Lecoinmontagne offers you a genuine tailored delivery service based on your needs :
Would you like to be delivered in the following departments: 05, 04, 73, 74, 06, 13, 83, 84, 38 or 69 ?
It is our own delivery staff who can come to your home for a high-quality, punctual and reliable service.
For the rest of France and Europe, we have partnerships with furniture carriers who can provide the same type of service as we do : two-person deliveries by appointment, placement in the desired room, assembly, etc.

Returns of your orders
At Lecoinmontagne, and as required by law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of your order.
Inform us, after receiving your parcel, of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal on the item(s) concerned for a refund.
Put the items back, taking great care to protect them for the return.
Shipments made to an ICI Colis relay point benefit from a free return : you simply need to print a return label using your parcel number.
We are currently developing this same service with La Poste. This section will be updated accordingly.
