A loyalty card, a real one !
For almost more than 4 years, our loyalty card has delighted our customers in store. Now it can also be used online. With no expiry date, the points you earn when buying from Lecoinmontagne are fiercely kept in our software. Do you only come to Serre Chevalier once a year? No problem, your points will always be there from one year to the next.
Here in a few words is how your card works (which isn't really a card, since there is no card)
How do these points work ?
To calculate the points an order gives you, it's simple. For every 10 euros, you earn one point (excluding the eco-participation fee for furniture)
Different points thresholds will let you use discounts on your next purchases.
For example, an order of 250 euros gives you 25 points, i.e. 14 euros off your next purchase !
Virtual or real ?
Your card can be used in store as well as online.
If you order online, the card is automatically activated. So if you go to the store, your points will be usable.
If you buy in store, we record your details. You will also need to create an account on our website with the same email address in order to use the points online.
How do I use my loyalty points ?
Here in a few pictures is how to redeem your loyalty points during your online order.
NB: there are two cases in which you will not find your points:
You made a purchase in store and have not yet created an online account. You will therefore need to register first to recover your points within about 24h.
You are not yet a customer of the website or the store. You therefore need to create an account and confirm your order. The points will be usable next time if you have already reached a threshold.
Here is an overview of your cart.
Add the products you wish to order to your cart
Go to your cart by clicking on "View my cart" if you are on a product page, or on "Order" in the black drop-down menu of your cart"
Below your items there is a list showing your number of points
Click on it and choose the discount you wish to use
Don't want to use your points anymore? No panic !
Delete your discount voucher
To find it again and use it on a future purchase, go to your account, "My Discount Vouchers" section
Create your account now !
The important points
- Loyalty points cannot be used on sale or promotional products
- For in-store purchases, which do not fall under online purchase legislation, products bought with loyalty points are neither taken back nor exchanged
- When returning online purchases that involved the use of loyalty points, the amount of the discount used will be deducted from the credit note.
- The points you earn in store are sent to the website within about 24h.
- For an online order as well as in store, loyalty points are used excluding any shipping costs
- When paying at the till, you cannot use a discount greater than the amount due (for example a 5€ discount for a 4.50 € purchase
