The " lecoinmontagne.com " website offers for sale mountain furniture and decoration items, intended in particular for mountain homes.
This Privacy Policy describes, in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR, how the personal data of the Site's Users is collected and processed by SAS ESPACES INTERIEURS, the operator of the Site, as well as Users' rights and the means of exercising them.
This Policy, as well as any amendment to it, is published on the Site and must be accepted by all Users when creating the Customer Account.

- Order : purchase of one or more Products by the Customer on the Site
- Customer Account : account created by the User in order to place orders on the Site

- LE COIN MONTAGNE : the company SAS ESPACES INTERIEURS, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of 10,000 euros, registered with the Gap Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 482 466 117, with its registered office at 20 route de Briançon, 05240 La Salle les Alpes
- Product : all types of products, in particular but without limitation furniture, tableware and decorative items, sold by Le Coin Montagne on the Site
- Site : public website operated by LE COIN MONTAGNE, available at the address " lecoinmontagne.com "; or any other url address or extension held by LE COIN MONTAGNE
- User : Visitor to the Site or Customer
- Visitor : natural person who visits one or more pages of the Site without placing an Order

- Messages sent to the User Support service, replies provided, and all exchanges with the Support service.
5. Contact data (via the contact form)
- Email address
- Type of request, and full text of the request

7. HOW IS MY DATA PROTECTED ?
The Site is hosted in France by GANDI SAS, a Société par Actions Simplifiée with share capital of 630000 €, with its registered office at 63-65 boulevard Masséna Paris (75013) FRANCE (Siren 423 093 459 RCS PARIS)
A daily backup of the Data is carried out.
The machines and servers are secured: only LE COIN MONTAGNE's employees and subcontractors are allowed to connect.
Bank transactions are carried out by the payment module of the company Monético Paiement, a subsidiary of the Crédit Mutuel - CIC bank.
The company Le Coin Montagne has no access to the Customer's payment data.

9. DO WE TRANSFER DATA TO THIRD PARTIES ?
In addition, reviews of the Products and the Site are transmitted to our verification provider ( Avis Vérifiés ), in order to validate the reviews before their publication on the Site .
The User may at any time object to the processing of some of their Data by third parties, by configuring their privacy settings in their Customer Account.
10. DO WE USE COOKIES ?
The list of cookies used by the Site is available in the cookie banner that appears on the User's first visit .
For information, the cookies used as of the date hereof are the following:
- The functional cookies necessary for the operation of the Site (session cookies, language cookies, etc.)
- Google Analytics for audience measurement
- the third-party Facebook connection cookies for campaign tracking and the presentation of targeted advertising on the social network

The User is free to refuse all non-necessary cookies, and to configure them in order to choose those they wish to keep.
The User's choices are kept for a maximum period of 13 months, unless the cookies are deleted from their device in the meantime.
11. WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS AND REMEDIES ?
1. The User's rights over personal data
As a User, you have the right to ask us for :
- confirmation as to whether or not Data concerning you is being processed and, if necessary, access to that Data
- the rectification or updating of Data concerning you that is inaccurate or incomplete
- the erasure of your Data, under the conditions provided for in Article 17 of the GDPR : you can, for example, request that the Data of your Customer Account be deleted directly on the Site, which will end the processing of all personal data, subject to the exceptions provided for in section VIII
- to organise the fate of your Data in the event of death (storage, deletion or communication to a designated person)
- to object, under certain conditions, to the processing of your personal data.
2. How to exercise them
You can delete your Customer Account at any time directly on the Site, it being specified that certain Data will be kept by LE COIN MONTAGNE (see Article 8).
You can at any time object to the processing of your Data for commercial prospecting purposes by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in our emails.

We will reply as soon as possible, at the latest within the month following receipt of your request.
