Tout d'abord nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de poster cet avis.

Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que les étagères ne vous conviennent pas, il se peut cependant que le bois ait travaillé, cela arrive parfois s'ils sont exposés à de l'eau durant le transport par exemple, même si nous faisons très attention à l'emballage. Nous sommes cependant assez surpris car nous n'avons jamais eu de retour négatifs concernant ces produits.
